The Restoration Industry Association (RIA) released newly developed guidelines to help contractors and other parties understand the process of professional forensic restoration. The Guidelines for Professional Forensic Restoration were developed by the Forensic Restoration Subcommittee of the Environmental Council and were peer reviewed by industry practitioners.
Forensic restoration covers projects including but not limited to: unattended death, unsanitary dwellings, hoarding, illicit drug labs, infectious disease, and contamination from animals. The guidelines cover recommended execution of these projects from pre-project responsibilities to post-project evaluation.
Note: Shipping outside the Continental United States, either e-mail or phone RIA to obtain the actual shipping price. Note that the consignee is responsible for all duty, customs and/or brokerage fees. If these fees are not paid and RIA is invoiced for nonpayment, your credit card will be charged when RIA receives the invoice from Customs with the charges. For all international orders there will be an automatic handling fee of $25.
